摘要
随着科技的发展,自动化程度的提高,无人工厂随即兴起。无人工厂不仅提高了效率、降低了人力的成本,同时也保证了工作人员的安全。在无人工厂中重要的一项就是产品的运输,原材料的输送。这些在以往要么使用人力输送,要么需要架设导轨或者磁条。今天我们提出的基于视觉循迹,也需要对环境做出一定的改变,但相比于导轨和磁条来说就要简单的多。利用计算机视觉将地面上使用特定颜色标注出来的自动车的行进路线识别出来,然后再交由控制系统进行对自动车进行相应的控制操作。
With the development of science and technology and the improvement of automation,unmanned factories are rising.Unmanned factories not only improve efficiency,reduce labor costs,but also ensure the safety of staff.One of the important items in unmanned factories is the transportation of products and the transportation of raw materials.In the past,either the use of human transportation,or the need to set up guideways or magnetic strips.The visual tracking proposed by us today also needs to make some changes to the environment,but it is much simpler than the guide rail and magnetic strip.The route of the automatic vehicle marked with a specific color on the ground is identified by computer vision,and then handed over to the control system for the corresponding control operation of the automatic vehicle.
