摘要
输送管道因受变形或腐蚀、输送介质物理特性、外界环境条件等因素的影响可能造成堵塞现象,严重威胁其安全经济运行。现有管道堵塞定位分析方法,尚无法满足现场实际需求。采用ANSYS仿真软件,模拟分析了不同管道堵塞情况对沿线压力和压力梯度分布的影响。引入无量纲分析方法,提出了一种利用管间压降进行堵塞预测的模型,并设计相应实验方案对其预测精度进行验证。结果表明:该模型不适宜对堵塞位置进行预测,但对堵塞强度和堵塞长度的预测精度较高,具有一定的工程应用价值。
Transportation pipeline may be blocked due to deformation or corrosion,physical characteristics of transportation medium,external environmental conditions,which seriously threaten its safe and economic operation.The existing methods of pipeline blockage detection cannot meet the actual field needs.ANSYS simulation software is used to simulate and analyze the effects of different pipeline blockages on the pressure and pressure gradient distribution along the pipeline.A dimensionless analysis method is introduced,a model for blockage prediction based on the pressure drop between pipelines is proposed,and a relevant experimental scheme to verify its prediction accuracy is designed.The results show that the model is not suitable for predicting the blockage location,but it has a high accuracy in predicting the degree and length of blockage and has a certain engineering application value.
