继电器动作信号采集方式的研究

摘要 为了检测继电器的工作性能,提高其稳定性和可靠性,更高精度地获取继电器动作瞬间的电气参数,在不破坏产品的情况下,通过一定的采集方式来获取继电器的动作电压、动作电流并计算出动作功率。如何更高效、高精度地获取这些电气参数成为本文研究的关键。采用电磁继电器作为试品,设计了继电器动作参数的测试线路,完成了继电器动作瞬间的电压、电流和功率的高速数据采集,该研究方法采用先进的电量积分式计算法,计算出继电器动作瞬间前后(微秒级)的积分电量,再根据电量计算出动作瞬间的平均功率,这种算法更能真实地反映出继电器的动作功率,而且可以利用多组数据测量求平值的办法来获取更高的采集精度,使得该测试方式的测量精度达到更高的设计要求。 In order to test the working performance of the relay,improve its stability and reliability,and obtain the electrical parameters of the relay at the moment of operation with higher accuracy,the operating power of the relay can be obtained through the collection and calculation of the electrical parameters without damaging the product.How to obtain these electrical parameters more efficiently and precisely becomes the key of this paper.Using electromagnetic relay as try to taste,design the relay parameter test line,completed at the moment of relay action of coil,the coil current and voltage of coil power high speed data acquisition,the study method is the use of advanced power calculation method of integral type,calculate the relay action(microsecond)before and after the moment of integral power,in according to the quantity to calculate the instantaneous average power,this algorithm can more truly reflect the action power of the relay.Moreover,the method of measuring and averaging multiple sets of data can be used to obtain higher accuracy,which makes the accuracy of the test method meet the design requirements.
