摘要
在巴西美丽山±800 kV特高压直流送出二期工程换流变压器安装过程中,极1阀厅低端A相换流变阀侧套管顶部与均压球链接处发现少量渗油。在厂家指导下,施工单位在阀厅内进行了成品拆卸、密封处理、检查验证、安装恢复,顺利完成了本次缺陷处理任务。由于本次处理发生在安装完成后的消缺阶段,对以后运行检修期间相关类似故障处理有借鉴作用。
In the installation process of the converter transformer of the second phase of the±800 kV UHV DC transmission in the beautiful mountain of Brazil,the low-end A-phase commutation of the pole valve hall(No.SN:61702,supplied by ABB)is on the top of the valve side casing.A small amount of oil was found at the pressure ball joint.Under the guidance of the manufacturer,the construction unit carried out the disassembly,sealing treatment,inspection and verification,installation and recovery of the finished product in the valve hall,and successfully completed the defect processing task.Since this process occurs in the elimination phase after the installation is completed,it can be used as a reference for similar fault handling during the operation and maintenance.
