本文介绍了某电厂供热改造中,12Cr1MoVG主汽供热三通出现裂纹,通过取样分析,明确了裂纹产生的原因、性质和影响因素,对预防同类型三通裂纹、确保电厂可靠运行提供了借鉴。
This paper introduces the crack of 12Cr1MoVG main steam heating tee in the heating reform of a power plant.Through the sampling,the causes of the crack are comprehensively analyzed,and the causes,properties and influencing factors of the crack are clarified,and the same type of three-way crack is prevented.To ensure the reliable operation of the power plant provides a reference.
