磨煤机风道加热装置使用情况的研究

为了减少启动时燃油的消耗,经设备改造,从临炉一次风跨接管取热风,接至两台变加载磨煤机,减少了油枪的投入时间。但在两台炉都停运的情况下,仍需要启动大油枪来提高炉膛及热风温度,为此我公司先后对两台炉的#3磨煤机进行设备改造,加装了风道加热装置,本文对风道燃烧装置及试验、使用情况进行了简单的介绍。

In order to reduce the fuel consumption at startup,the equipment is modified,the hot air is taken from the primary wind bridging tube of the furnace,and the two variable-loading coal mills are connected,which reduces the investment time of the oil gun,but is stopped in both furnaces.In this case,it is still necessary to start a large oil gun to increase the temperature of the furnace and hot air.For this reason,our company has carried out equipment modification for the#3 coal mill of two furnaces,and installed a duct heating device.This article will burn the air duct.A brief introduction to the device,test,and usage.
