某电厂引风机振动原因分析及处理方案

摘要 专业公司对某电厂引风机进行振动测试,显示风机电机、风机轴承座振动值超标,分析认为风机轴承座主、副支撑筋存在支撑刚度不足,采取打磨、着色、加固、补焊等措施,风机、电机振动降低。 The professional company conducts vibration test on the induced draft fan of a power plant.The results show that the vibration values of the fan motor and fan bearing seat exceed the standard.It is considered that the main and auxiliary support bars of the fan bearing seat have insufficient support stiffness,and the grinding,coloring,reinforcement and repair welding are adopted.When measures are taken,the vibration of the fan and motor is reduced.
