摘要
为了提高电缆的运行维护水平,为电力电缆实时监测提供保障,本文在分析高压电缆绝缘状态监测方法现状以及存在问题的基础上,研究柔性电流钳进行采样测量的原理和电缆外护套检测的原理。进而建立基于柔性电流钳开发高压电缆绝缘状态在线监测测量装置模型,降低因电缆绝缘外护套破损造成的事故,保障电缆的正常运行。结果表明,利用柔性电流钳采样装置实时监测高压电缆绝缘状态在线监测装置是有效的,与高压电缆绝缘测量的结果和理论计算结果具有一致性,测量数据能够实时传输到数据处理终端,进行实时监控并发出异常警报。因此,通过柔性电流钳作为电流互感器采样,接地环流法测量的实时监测装置符合国家电网电缆发展的要求,是具有价值的。
In order to improve the operation and maintenance level of cables and provide real-time monitoring guarantee for power cables,based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the monitoring methods for the insulation status of highvoltage cables,this paper studies the principle of flexible current clamp sampling measurement and the principle of cable outer sheath detection.Furthermore,the model of on-line monitoring and measuring device for high-voltage cable insulation based on flexible current clamp is established to reduce the accidents caused by the damage of outer sheath of cable insulation and ensure the normal operation of cable.The results show that it is effective to use the flexible current clamp sampling device to monitor the insulation state of high-voltage cable in real time.It is consistent with the insulation measurement results and theoretical calculation results of high-voltage cable.The measurement data can be transmitted to the data processing terminal in real time for real-time monitoring and abnormal alarm.Therefore,through the flexible current clamp as the current transformer sampling,the real-time monitoring device of grounding circulation method meets the requirements of the development of national power grid cable,which is valuable.
