浅谈光伏场区火灾预防措施

Talking about the Fire Prevention Measures in the Photovoltaic Field

目前我国地面集中式光伏电站的特点是发电设备设施简单、光伏场区占地面积大、设备多、杂草横生,智能运维技术不完善、专业运维人员数量不足,安全管理处于薄弱状态。通过风险分析,光伏电站主要存在触电、火灾及车辆伤害等问题。其中每年光伏场区不同季节均有火灾发生,其特点是蔓延快、损失重、难以控制。如何控制光伏场区火灾事故成为安全管理中的重中之重。本文主要针对光伏场区火灾预防工作,从人、机、环境和管理方面进行分析,提出预防措施,减少火灾事故发生。

At present,China’s ground-based photovoltaic power plants are characterized by simple power generation facilities,large area of photovoltaic field,large equipment,and weeds.The intelligent operation and maintenance technology is imperfect,the number of professional operation and maintenance personnel is insufficient,and the safety management is weak.status.Through risk analysis,PV power plants mainly suffer from electric shock,fire and vehicle damage.Among them,fires occur in different seasons in the photovoltaic field,which is characterized by rapid spread,heavy losses and difficult to control.How to control the fire accidents in the photovoltaic field has become the top priority in safety management.This paper focuses on the fire prevention work in photovoltaic field,analyzes people,machine,environment and management,and proposes preventive measures to reduce the occurrence of fire accidents.
