摘要 随着我国电力工程承包企业“走出去”步伐的不断加快,海外电站工程项目对国内总承包方的项目管理能力也提出了更高的要求。海外电站工程与国内相比,具有执行标准高、文件审批严、性能和工期考核严格等特点。设计管理作为EPC项目管理工作的重要环节,是大型工程项目采购和施工的基础,其执行好坏直接决定了整个项目的成败与顺利与否。加强设计管理风险研究,积极采取应对措施,合理规避设计管理风险,将对项目整体进度、成本和质量控制起到积极的作用。 With the continuous acceleration of the step of“going out”of China’s power engineering contracting enterprises,the overseas power station projects also put forward higher requirements for the project management ability of the domestic general contractor.Compared with domestic power station projects,overseas power station projects have the characteristics of high execution standard,strict document approval,strict performance and construction period assessment.As an important part of EPC project management,design management is the basis of procurement and construction of large-scale engineering projects.Its implementation directly determines the success or failure of the whole project.It will play an active role in the overall progress,cost and quality control of the project to strengthen the research on design management risk,actively take countermeasures and reasonably avoid design management risk.
