我国新闻发言人的素质要求与培养路径研究

Research on the Quality Requirements and Training Paths of Press Spokesmen in China

政府新闻发言人在保障人民知情权、引导社会舆论、推进我国民主政治建设和各领域信息公开等方面发挥了重要作用。政府新闻发言人应具有坚定的政治立场和敏锐的政治意识、丰富的政府工作经验、过硬的心理素质、熟练的语言沟通能力,并熟悉新闻传播工作。现今政府新闻发言人的素质在各地各部门还存在差异,离国家规定的新闻发言人素质要求还存在差距,新闻发言人的角色意识、专业素质、传播水平和培训方式有待改进。建议选任精通新闻工作的新闻发言人,加强新闻发言人团队的建设,通过合理设置课程、突出案例教学、利用新技术训练等方式加强对新闻发言人的培养,同时加强新闻发言人的理论研究,进一步探索新闻发言人的职业化和制度建设。

Government press spokesmen have played an important role in protecting the people’s right to know,guiding public opinion,promoting China’s democratic political construction and information disclosure in various fields.A government spokesman should have a firm political stand and keen political awareness,rich government work experience,excellent psychological quality,skilled language communication,and be familiar with journalism and communication.At present,the quality of government spokesmen is still difference in different places and departments,and there is still a gap from the national requirements for the quality of spokesmen.The role awareness,professional quality,communication level and training methods of spokesmen need to be improved.It is suggested to strengthen the selection of news spokesmen who are proficient in journalism,to strengthen the construction of the team of news spokesmen,to strengthen the training of news spokesmen by setting up reasonable courses,highlighting case teaching and using new technologies,to strengthen the theoretical research on news spokesmen,and to further explore the professionalization and system construction of news spokesmen.
