摘要
采用阳极氧化法制备了TiO2纳米管,然后采用水热法在纳米管表面掺杂了更小纳米尺寸的碳。采用场发射扫描电镜和透射电子显微镜在5 nm尺度下对复合纳米材料进行了表征,揭示了锐钛矿掺杂碳的复合界面机理。通过红外线吸收光谱测得掺杂碳的TiO2纳米复合材料对可见光有更高的吸收能力。
TiO2 nanotubes were prepared by anodic oxidation method,and smaller nano-sized carbon was doped on the surface of nanotubes by hydrothermal method.The composite nanomaterials were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy at the scale of 5 nm,revealing the composite interface mechanism of anatase-doped carbon.The carbon-doped TiO2 nanocomposite has higher absorption capacity for visible light by infrared absorption spectroscopy.
