摘要
以实验室自制的氮氧化铝粉体为原料,Y2O3为烧结助剂,采用无压烧结法在1750~1900℃下制备了AlON透明陶瓷。通过热等静压后处理完善陶瓷性能,通过阿基米德排水法测试样品的致密度,采用三点弯曲法测试样品的抗弯强度,采用显微硬度仪测试其显微硬度,结合力学性能及光学性能表征分析烧结温度对陶瓷各项性能的影响。
The maded nitrogen alumina powders were used as raw material,a Y2O3 were used as the sintering additives,and AlON transparent cera-mics was prepared by pressure less sintering sintered from 1750℃ to 1900℃.The sintered AlON was promoted by using the HIP.Samples’density was tested by Archimedes drainage method,method of three point bending was used to test the strength of AlON and hardness was measured by micro hardness tester.The mechanical properties and optical properties effected by sintering temperature characterization were analyzed.
