铁素体不锈钢表面的拉丝缺陷 被引量:2

摘要 铁素体不锈钢表面拉丝时其表面会产生类似小凸点的缺陷,通过调整拉丝设备压力、不锈钢进给速度、砂带转速等,研究不锈钢表面加工参数对其表面质量的影响,并用EDX、SEM分析进行表征。结果表明:不锈钢表面的划痕缺陷不是由砂带上磨料颗粒不均、磨料脱落和加工设备里的其他杂质等造成的,而是由不锈钢表面本身的Cr粒子堆积球在砂带研磨时被锋利的碳化硅磨料划开所致。 The surface defects of ferric stainless steel are similar to small bumps during grinding.By adjusting the pressure of grinding equipment,the feed speed of stainless steel and the cutting speed of abrasive belt,the effect of surface processing parameters on the surface quality of stainless steel was studied,and characterized by EDX and SEM analysis.The results show that the defects of scratches on stainless steel surface is not caused by abrasive particles uneven on the abrasive belt,abrasive shedding and other impurities in the processing equipment,but caused by the sharp cut of silicon carbide abrasives on the surface of stainless steel when the Cr particles accumulated on the surface of stainless steel are grounded by abrasive belt.
