摘要
层层自组装(Layer-by-layer self-assembly,LBL)是利用逐层交替沉积的方法,借助各层分子间的弱相互作用,使层与层自发地缔合形成结构完整、性能稳定、具有某种特定功能的分子聚集体或超分子结构的过程。组织工程学被称为“再生医学”,是指利用生物活性物质,通过体外培养或构建的方法,再造或者修复器官及组织的技术,其主要包括新型生物材料、细胞来源、信号因子和生物制造方法等四个方面,目标是制造功能组织,用于再生医学和药物试验。本文就层层自组装技术在组织工程领域的研究进展进行综述。
Layer-by-layer self-assembly(LBL)is a method of layer by layer alternating deposition.According to the weak interactions between the layer of molecules,the layers spontaneously joined together to form a molecular aggregate or supramolecular structure which has a complete structure and stable performance.Tissue engineering is called"regenerative medicine",which refers to the technology of reconstructing or repairing organs and tissues by means of bioactive substances and in vitro culture or construction.It mainly includes four aspects:new biomaterials,cell sources,signal factors and biological manufacturing methods.The aim is to manufacture functional tissues for use in regenerative medicine and drug testing.In this paper,the research progress of layer-by-layer self-assembly in tissue engineering is reviewed.
