摘要
路用聚合物稳定碎石基层有别于无机料稳定类基层材料,其强度与整体性主要通过养生期间水分蒸发后,聚合物粘聚碎石材料实现。本工作针对振动方式成型的聚合物稳定碎石基层样本,通过试验分析该材料在不同养生条件下的含水率与结构强度之间的变化规律,并据此提出了满足路用性能要求的养生标准,可作为路用聚合物稳定碎石基层的工程应用依据。
The road polymer stabilized crushed stone base layer is different from the inorganic binder base stabilized materials,and its strength and integrity are mainly achieved by the polymer bonded crushed stone material after evaporation of water during the curing period.This work deals with vibrating polymer crushed stone base-stabilized samples.The change between water content and structural strength of the material under different conditions of curing are analysed.Based on this,the curing period standard that meets the road performance requirements is proposed,which can be used as the engineering application basis for the road polymer stabilized crushed stone base.
