人类社会的可持续发展使得由依靠化石能源向可再生能源的转型是不可抗拒的客观规律。同时为应对气候变化国际社会已经达成了共识(巴黎协定),然而我国社会阶层对巴黎协定的态度,却存在着巨大的反差。我国的社会发展和资源禀赋到底能不能满足巴黎协定的要求?理清我国水电的作用至关重要。因此,将着重介绍水电在我国的能源革命电力转型中关键地位和作用。

To guarantee a sustainable development of human society, the transition from fossil energy to renewable energy is irresistible. At the same time, a climate change consensus–the Paris Agreement–has been concluded by the whole world community. While, different attitudes towards the Paris Agreement can be found in China. Can China’s social development and resource endowment meet the requirements of the Paris Agreement? To answer this question, it is important to clarify the role of hydropower industry in China. In this paper, the key position and role of the hydropower industry in China’s energy revolution and power transformation are analyzed.
