石油树脂/碳纳米管协同效应对天然橡胶/顺丁橡胶共混胶性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 研究不同树脂和碳纳米管对天然橡胶/顺丁橡胶(NR/BR)并用胶中的加工和力学性能的影响。结果表明:在NR/BR并用胶加入石油树脂后,胶料的最小扭矩降低,改善了胶料的加工流动性;胶料的焦烧时间和硫化时间略有延长,胶料的硬度、定伸应力、拉伸强度和回弹性降低,撕裂强度略有增加后下降;随着碳纳米管用量的增大,胶料的最小和最大转矩逐渐增大,说明混炼胶的流动性降低,不利于胶料的加工;而最大转矩增大,说明胶料的模量增大,强度提高;随着碳纳米管用量的增大,胶料的焦烧时间和正硫化时间逐渐缩短;胶料的力学性能有所改善。碳纳米管与石油树脂并用能明显提高胶料的抗撕裂性能。 The effects of different resins and carbon nanotubes on the processing and mechanical of NR/BR blends were studied in this paper.The results show that the minimum torsion of NR/BR compound decreases and the processing fluidity of the compound is improved by adding petroleum resin into the blend.The scorching time and curing time of the compound are slightly prolonged,the hardness,elongation stress,tensile strength and resilience of the compound are reduced,and the tear strength increase slightly and then decrease.With the increase of the amount of carbon nanotubes,the minimum and maximum torques of the compound increase gradually,indicating that the fluidity of the rubber compound is reduced,which is not conducive to the processing of the rubber compound.The maximum torque increases,indicating that the modulus of the rubber increases and the strength increases.As the amount of carbon nanotubes increases,the scorch time and the optimum curing time of the rubber compound are gradually shortened;the mechanical properties of the rubber compound are improved.The combination of carbon nanotubes and petroleum resin can significantly improve the tear resistance of the rubber compound.
