摘要
为开发标准化果园适用果园喷雾机及其使用技术,在广泛调研国内外标准化果园植保机械与施药技术基础上,筛选了5种国内外较先进和常用果园喷雾机,针对农药雾化、沉积和飘移等技术参数进行了试验研究,结果表明,FEDE型果园喷雾机,0.4-2 m之间的雾量分布比较均匀;3WFX-400型(W2)在树冠各位置上的沉积分布最均匀,变异系数最小,为18.3%;该研究型号喷雾机地面流失量表现为:F(W5)EDE型>3WG-1200A(W4)>SSA-E501DX型(W1)>3WFX-4OO(W2)>植保无人机(W3)(P<0.05);为果农选择植保机械和果园喷雾机生产企业对产品结构设计和性能优化提供参考。
In order to explore the orchard sprayer and its use technology for the standard orchards, 5 kinds ofadvanced orchard sprayers commonly used at home and abroad were screened on the basis of extensive investigationand investigation of plant protection machinery and the application technology from domestic and foreign standardorchard. The experimental research on the technical parameters such as atomization, deposition and drift of pesticidesshowed that FEDE type in the orchard sprayer, the distribution of fog between 0.4 ~ 2 m was more uniform;thedistribution of 3WFX-400( W2) in the tree crown was the better uniform, the coefficient of variation was the smallest,which was 18.3%;the ground loss of various types of sprayers was FEDE ( W5 ) > the 3WG-1200A ( W4) > SSAE501DX(Wl) > 3WFX-400 ( W2 ) > plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle ( W3 ) ( P < 0.05 ) . Above resultsprovided reference for fruit growers to choose plant protection machinery and orchard sprayer manufacturers for productstructure design and performance optimization.
