自由贸易港建设与发展的欧洲经验

The European Experience in the Construction and Development of Free Trade Ports

自由贸易港是当今世界最高水平的开放形态。为了深化改革开放,推动形成全面开放新格局,加快推进贸易强国建设,解决经济发展不平衡不充分问题,中央政府賦予自由贸易区更大改革自主权,推动建设自由贸易港。为了提高自由贸易港建设的质量和效果,充分发挥自由贸易港的应有功能,我们应主动借鉴自由贸易港建设的先进经验。基于此,本文重点梳理欧洲自由贸易港的建设特点,总结自由贸易港建设经验,并提出有利于中国自由贸易港更高质量发展的对策建议。

Free trade ports represent the world's highest level in terms of the form of opening.In order to deepen reform and opening up,form a new pattern of all-round opening,accelerate the pace of building China into a trading power,and solve the problem of unbalanced and inadequate economic development,the Central Government has granted the free trade zones greater autonomy in reform and promoted the construction of free trade ports.In order to improve the quality and effect of the construction of free trade ports and give full play to their functions,we should take the initiative to learn from the advanced experience in the construction of free trade ports.Based on this,this paper focuses on reviewing the characteristics of the construction of the free trade ports in Europe,summarizes their experience,and puts forward suggestions conducive to the higher-quality development of China's free trade ports.
