中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度是我国的基本政治制度,是中国特色社会主义政党制度。作为我国新型政党制度,它具有鲜明的自身属性。其政治属性主要体现为党内民主、党际民主、人民民主,工具属性主要表现为政治协商、民主监督、参政议政,价值属性主要贯穿于依靠人民、为了人民、人民共享。

The system of multiparty cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the CPC is the basic political system of China,and it is a socialist party system with Chinese characteristics.As a new political party system in China,it has its own distinct attributes.Its political attribute is mainly reflected in inner-party democracy,intra-party democracy and people’s democracy;its instrumental attribute is mainly reflected in political consultation,democratic supervision and participation in the deliberation and administration of state affairs;and its value attribute is mainly reflected in relying on the people,serving the people and sharing with the people.
