Risk Management and Guidance of Internet Public Opinion in the Age of Intelligence

人工智能时代,智能算法媒体成为搅动网络舆论生态变局的重要变量,给当前舆论生态系统带来了诸多风险和挑战。但从长远角度看,智能算法为推动国家和政府网络舆论引导的方法创新提供了新思路。我们应从国家规制、平台把关、社会评估、媒介素养等方面综合治理,建立算法媒体的长效治理体系与风险防范机制,平衡好技术创新与价值向善的关系,应用新技术手段促进我国舆论引导方法创新,全面提升舆论引导能力,营造清朗向上,健康向善的网络舆论生态。

In the age of artificial intelligence,intelligent algorithm media has become an important factor that has disrupted the Internet public opinion ecosystem and is bringing many risks and challenges to it.However,in the long run,intelligent algorithm provides a new idea for the state and government to innovate their methods for guiding Internet public opinions.From the perspectives of government regulation,platform check,social assessment and media literacy,we should establish a long-term governance system and risk prevention mechanism for the algorithmic media;balance the relationship between technological innovation and the good value orientation;promote the innovation of public opinion guidance methods with the new technological means;comprehensively improve the capability in public opinion guidance;and create a decent,healthy and good online public opinion ecosystem.
