不同拓扑结构有载分接开关燃弧过程实验分析与研究 被引量:3

摘要 有载分接开关(OLTC)工作过程中产生的电弧会烧蚀机械触头,使变压器油劣化,降低了设备的寿命及性能。实现OLTC的无弧切换,成为该行业关注的问题。本文主要针对不同类型的切换开关产生的电弧波形进行了典型实验分析和研究,基于dSPACE半实物仿真系统为研究平台,以普通触头机械式、真空开关机械式和机电混合式3种切换开关为研究对象,设置若干典型工况,研究和对比了不同拓扑燃弧过程,分析了电弧的形成及其影响因素,定量计算了燃弧功率。实验结果表明,机电混合式OLTC,在切换过程中能够有效降低电弧能量,抑制电弧的产生,减小对设备的损害,优越于另外两种拓扑结构。本工作的开展为下一步设计OLTC无弧样机提供了思路。 The electric arc created during the working process of the on load tap-changer(OLTC)will make the di-verter contact erosive,insulating oil contaminated and the life and performance of the equipment deteriorated.No arc diverting turned to be a concerned problem in this field.In this paper,according to the different types of switch arc waveform,typical experimental analysis and research are carried out,which is based on the platform of dSPACE hardware-in-loop simulation system,and taking three kinds of OLTC,namely,the purely mechanical type,vacuum contactor type and electromechanical hybrid type,as the object of research,by setting up typical working condition.The arcing process of different topology are studied and compared,the formation and influencing factors of arc are analyzed,and the arc power is calculated quantitatively.The results of experiment shows that hy-brid electromechanical type OLTC could bring down the arc power effectively and restrains the arc production,and reduces the damage to the equipment,which will be superior to other two topology structure.This work would pro-vide the idea of noarc OLTC prototype next step.
