摘要
为提高广大本科学生身体素质,培养具有“终身体育”意识的优秀人才,针对本科生增开“健康体适能”公选课和建设“健康体适能”社团,以上课的形式讲授测试理论、技巧及运动处方实验的实施计划,通过对4个年级实验组和对照组学生的运动干预实验,研究了改革内容对学生身体形态、机能、耐力、爆发力和力量等多项指标的影响。实验前无差异的实验组和对照组,在实验后所有考察指标均有明显提高。
In order to improve the general undergraduate students’physical fitness and cultivate excellent talents with the consciousness of“Lifelong physical education”,public elective courses of“Healthy physical fitness”are offered for undergraduates and the“Healthy physical fitness”societies are established.In the form of these courses,the implementation plan of testing theory,techniques and exercise prescription experiments is carried out.The effects of reform contents on students’body shape,function,endurance,explosive power and strength are investigated through exercise intervention experiments of the experimental group in four grades and the control group.Before the experiment,there is no difference between the experimental group and the control group,and after the experiment,all the indexes of investigation are significantly improved.
