摘要
针对自动化集装箱码头的机械配置问题,构建了基于离散事件仿真方法的自动化集装箱码头系统仿真模型,模型充分考虑了影响系统性能的关键参数和干扰因素,设计了机械调度算法接口,保证仿真模型的有效性。在保证码头系统可靠性的前提下,以成本最小化为目标,提出了一种机械配置方案的启发式寻优方法。结合实例,对算例中的自动化集装箱码头机械配置方案进行求解。结果表明,基于离散事件仿真和启发式寻优的方法,能够求解机械配置的优化方案,并能保证模型方法的计算效率。
In the study of mechanical configuration problem of automated container terminal, a system simulation model based on discrete event simulation is constructed. The key parameters and interference factors that affect the performance of the system are fully considered in the model and a mechanical scheduling algorithm interface to ensure the effectiveness of the simulation model is designed. On the premise of ensuring the reliability of the container terminal system, a cycle optimization method of mechanical configuration scheme is proposed to minimize the cost. An example is given to solve the mechanical configuration scheme of an automatic container terminal. The results show that the method based on discrete event simulation and cyclic optimization can solve the optimization scheme of mechanical configuration and guarantee the computational efficiency.
