低压柴油加氢装置催化剂级配技术的工业应用 被引量:7

摘要 中国石油化工股份有限公司镇海炼化分公司Ⅳ套柴油加氢精制装置采用中国石油化工股份有限公司大连石油化工研究院(FRIPP)开发的催化剂级配技术及其配套FHUDS-8/FHUDS-7催化剂、FHRS-2捕硅剂和FBN系列保护剂。装置生产标定和高负荷运行9个月的工业应用表明,在反应进料量353 t/h、体积空速1.22 h^-1、氢油体积比310、反应器入口压力6.18 MPa、氢分压5.30 MPa、反应器入口温度338℃、床层平均温度365℃,能够稳定生产硫质量分数低于8μg/g的国Ⅴ标准精制柴油。FRIPP推荐的催化剂体系具有活性较高和稳定性较好的特点,在高负荷连续运行初期催化剂失活速率仅为0.7℃/月,氢耗低,较好地满足了低压加氢装置生产超低硫柴油的需要,经济效益明显。 The fourth diesel hydrofining unit of SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd. adopted catalyst gradation technology developed by FRIPP and its supporting FHUDS-8/FHUDS-7 catalyst, FHRS-2 silicon catcher and FBN series protective agent. The unit was operated under high load for 9 months and was calibrated. Industrial application results show that the refined diesel oil with sulfur content less than 8 μg/g can be produced steadily at 353 t/h feed rate, 1.22 h-1 space velocity, 310 hydrogen-oil volume ratio, 6.18 MPa reactor inlet pressure, 5.3 MPa hydrogen partial pressure, 338 ℃ reactor inlet temperature and 365 ℃ average bed temperature. The catalyst system recommended by FRIPP has the characteristics of high activity and good stability. At the initial stage of continuous operation under high load, the catalyst deactivation rate is only 0.7 ℃/month, and the hydrogen consumption is low. It satisfies the need of producing ultra-low sulfur diesel oil in low pressure hydrogenation unit and has obvious economic benefits.
