摘要
探讨增加医生晨起查房对患者满意度的影响,为今后临床诊疗工作的持续改进提供可靠依据。陕西省人民医院神经内科2017年7月~12月(医生晨起查房实施后)和2016年7月~12月(医生晨起查房实施前)住院患者,将前者设为观察组,后者设为对照组,对患者满意度进行回顾性总结分析,比较两组患者满意度之间的差别。结果发现,观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。因此,增加医生晨起查房可提高住院患者满意度,值得临床推广。
This paper aims to explore the effect of adding morning physician rounding on patient satisfaction,and provide a reliable basis for the continuous improvement of clinical diagnosis and treatment in the future.The inpatients in the Department of Neurology of Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital from July to December 2017 were investigated as the observation group,who had the morning physician rounding,while the inpatients from July to December 2016 who did not take the morning physician rounding were set as the control group.The patient satisfaction was retrospectively analyzed with the comparison of the differences between the two groups.It showed that the patient satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,adding morning physician rounding could improve the inpatient satisfaction and it was worthy of promoting morning physician rounding in clinical practice.
