复合纤维沥青混合料路用性能研究 被引量:23

摘要 为研究KTLG2改性和KTLF1复合改性纤维对沥青混合料路用性能的影响,选取木质素纤维、玄武岩矿物纤维,在纤维最佳掺量下通过车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、抗疲劳试验、浸水马歇尔和冻融劈裂试验,分别对沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、抗疲劳性能和水稳定性进行分析。结果表明:复合纤维的高温性能与普通沥青混合料、木质素纤维和玄武岩纤维相比有较大程度提高;复合纤维的低温应变能较普通沥青混合料有较大幅度增长,与其他两种纤维相比也有优势;两种复合纤维的疲劳性能差异不大,比普通沥青混合料、木质素纤维和玄武岩纤维有明显提高;复合纤维的水稳定性较其他两种纤维均有较大提高。 In order to study the effects of KTLF1 composite modified fiber and KTLG2 modified fiber on the road performance of asphalt mixture,lignin fiber and basalt mineral fiber were selected to test the high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance,fatigue resistance and water stability road performance of the asphalt mixture through the rutting test,low temperature bending test,immersion marshall test,fatigue test and freeze-thaw spliting test under the optimal fiber content.The results showed that the high temperature performance of the composite fiber was greatly improved than that of general asphalt mixture,lignin fiber and basalt fiber,the strain energy of composite modified fiber at low temperature was larger than that of general asphalt mixture,and and it had advantages over other two kinds of fibers.The fatigue properties of the two modified fibers were not much different,which were significantly improved compared with those of general asphalt mixtures,lignin fibers and basalt fibers.The water stability of composite modified fibers was improved greatly compared with the other two fibers.
