摘要
油气井精准检修是油田正常生产的重要保障,但因诊断失误而采取错误的修井措施可能会引发二次事故。介绍一种具有高速遥传、自适应、网络化等特点的新型视频测井系统,通过普通铠装测井电缆获取井下高清视频并实时上传至地面,对所获高清视频进行解释处理,实现对检测目标精准测量。实际应用效果表明,该技术的应用能够为制定和采取下一步修井措施提供更加可靠的依据,对油气井事故处理具有重要的指导意义。
Precision workover is a critical guarantee for oilfield production, and false workover measures taken caused by misdiagnosis may lead to secondary accidents. Introduces a new type of video logging system with the characteristics of high-speed remote transmission, self-adaption and network, etc. It can acquire downhole HD video through ordinary armored logging cable and upload it to the ground in real time. The acquired HD video is interpreted and processed to achieve accurate measurement of detection targets. The application results show that this technology can provide more reliable basis for formulating and taking workover measures, and has guiding significance for oil and gas well accident treatment.
