摘要 【目的】制备热处理含铜马尾松防霉变木材,并探讨其防霉变机理,为防止热处理马尾松木材霉变及提高其使用寿命和扩展其应用领域提供技术支持。【方法】采用单因素试验设计方案,用含铜浸渍液(含铜量分别为4.38%,5.35%,6.35%,7.70%,8.70%)加压预处理马尾松木材,运用液相还原反应原理,结合常规木材热处理技术,在木材内原位生成纳米单质铜,制得热处理含铜马尾松材。以蓝变菌(Botryodiplodia theobromae Pat.)、黑曲霉菌(Aspergillus niger V.Tiegh)、桔青霉菌(Penicillam citrinum Thom)和绿色木霉(Trichoderma viride Pers.)为靶标菌,测定热处理含铜马尾松材的霉变防治效力,并采用X射线光电子能谱分析(XPS)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)表征热处理含铜马尾松材的防霉变机制。【结果】热处理含铜马尾松防霉变木材的最佳制备工艺为:含铜量6.35%浸渍液处理马尾松材,高温220℃热处理3 h。热处理含铜马尾松防霉变木材对蓝变菌、黑曲霉菌和桔青霉菌的霉变防治效力较强,其中对蓝变菌和黑曲霉菌的霉变防治效力高达100%,对桔青霉菌的霉变防治效力达75%,但对绿色木霉无霉变防治效力。XPS和XRD分析结果表明,热处理含铜马尾松防霉变木材内生成了纳米铜。【结论】获得了霉变防治效力较强的热处理含铜马尾松木材,其霉变防治机理是木材中生成了纳米铜。 【Objective】This study prepared heat-treated copper-containing Masson pine mildew resistant wood and explored its mold proof mechanism to provide support for preventing heat-treated Masson pine wood from mold,improving its service life and expanding its application field.【Method】A single-factor experimental design scheme was adopted to pretreat Masson pine wood under pressure with copper-containing impregnating solution(copper contents were 4.38%,5.35%,6.35%,7.70%,and 8.70%).The heat-treated Masson pine wood containing copper was prepared by in-situ generation of nano elemental copper in the wood based on the principle of liquid phase reduction reaction and conventional wood heat treatment technology.Botryodiplodia theobromae Pat.,Aspergillus niger V.Tiegh,Penicillam citrinum Thom and Trichoderma viride Pers.were targeted bacterial.The mildew control effect of heat-treated copper-containing Masson pine wood was determined,and the mildew control mechanism was characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).【Result】The best preparation process for heat treatment of copper-containing Masson pine mildew proof wood was soaking solution containing 6.35% copper and heat treatment at 220℃ for 3 h.The heat-treated copper-containing Masson pine mold proof wood had the best anti-mildew effect on Botryodiplodia theobromae Pat.,Aspergillus niger V.Tiegh and Penicillam citrinum Thom.The anti-mildew effect on Botryodiplodia theobromae Pat.and Aspergillus niger was 100%,the effect on Penicillam citrinum was 75%,while but there was no effect on Trichoderma viride Pers.XPS and XRD analysis results showed that nano-copper was generated in heat-treated copper-containing Masson pine mold proof wood.【Conclusion】Heat-treated copper-containing Masson pine wood with strong mildew prevention effect was obtained,and the mildew prevention was caused by the generation of nano-copper in wood.
