河南省卫生总费用影响因素的灰色关联分析

Grey Correlation Analysis of Influencing Factors of Total Health Expenditure in Henan

目的:分析2006-2015年河南省卫生总费用的主要影响因素。方法:数据来源于2007-2017年中国卫生和计划生育统计年鉴与河南统计年鉴,采用灰色关联分析法对河南省卫生总费用影响因素进行分析。结果:与卫生总费用灰色关联度最高的3个指标是个人卫生支出、人均GDP和医院入院人数,与卫生总费用灰色关联度最低的2个指标是人口老龄化指数和年末常住人口。结论:个人卫生支出、人均GDP、医院入院人数等指标所代表的医疗服务因素、卫生资源因素和经济因素是河南省卫生总费用的主要影响因素,人口老龄化指数、年末总人口所代表的人口和社会因素不是河南省卫生总费用的主要影响因素。

Objective: To analyze the influencing factors of total health expenditure in Henan province from 2006 to 2015. Methods: The data came from the China Health and Family Planning Statistical Yearbook(2007-2017)and the Henan Statistical Yearbook(2007-2017). To analyze the influencing factors of total health expenditure in Henan province by grey correlation analysis. Results: The three indicators with the highest correlation with total health expenditure were personal health expenditure, per capita GDP and hospital admissions, the two indicators with the lowest correlation with total health expenditure were the population aging index and total population. Conclusion: The main factors which influence the total health expenditure in Henan are the medical service factors, health resource factors and economic factors, which represented by personal health expenditure, per capita GDP, and hospital admissions. The population and social factors represented by population aging index and total population are not the main factors affecting the total health expenditure in Henan province.
