我国养老护理人文关怀的文献计量学分析

Bibliometric Analysis on Humanistic Care in China’s Elder Care

目的:分析我国人文关怀在养老护理中的应用现状,为促进国内养老护理中的人文关怀发展提供依据。方法:采用文献计量学分析法对建库至2018年12月31日收录于中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库和AiritiLibrary台湾学术文献数据库的相关文献进行分析。结果:纳入文献95篇。近5年文献占总发表量的64.21%;文献篇均被引频次4.06;40.00%文献有基金支持;研究对象集中在城区老年人;研究力量集中在院校;临终关怀和养老机构老年人是研究热点。结论:我国养老护理人文关怀研究仍有较大提升空间,在研究内容、研究深度上有待进一步拓展。

Objective: To analyze the application status of humanistic care in China’s elder care, and to provide reference for the development of humanistic care in domestic elder care. Methods: Bibliometric analysis was used to analyze the relevant literatures collected from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI), Wanfang Database, VIP Database, China Biology Medicine disc(CBMdisc) and Airitilibrary Taiwan Academic Literature Database from their inception to December 31, 2018. Results: 95 papers were included. In the past five years, the literature accounted for 64.21% of the total published volume, the mean citation frequency of all the publications was 4.06, 40% of the literature was supported by the fund, the research subjects were concentrated in the urban elderly, the research strength was concentrated in academy institutions, the hospice care and elderly in the elder care institutions were the research hotspots. Conclusion: There is still room for improvement in the study of humanistic care in China’s elder care, the research contents and research depths are in need of further studies.
