摘要
目的:探究福建省快递员心理授权与职业倦怠和离职意愿的相关性。方法:采用简单随机抽样法从福建省抽取1425名快递员作为调查样本,通过心理授权量表、职业倦怠量表(MBI-GS量表)、离职意愿量表和自编"快递员调查问卷"对其进行调查。结果:快递员心理授权、职业倦怠、离职意愿的得分分别为(4.02±0.85)、(2.04±1.15)、(15.27±3.99)分;快递员心理授权与离职意愿(r=-0.44,P<0.001)、职业倦怠(r=-0.39,P<0.001)呈负相关,心理授权中的工作意义和自我效能、日工作时长、恶劣气候下工作频度、遭受客户暴力对待的频度是快递员产生离职意愿的主要影响因素。结论:快递员的心理授权总体水平和离职意愿程度均比较高,其职业倦怠处于中等水平。
Objective: To explore the correlation between the psychological authorization, turnover intention and job burnout of couriers in Fujian province. Methods:1425 couriers were selected by simple random sampling method in Fujian province. Psychological authorization scale, job burnout scale, turnover intention scale(MBI-GS scale) and self-edited "courier questionnaire" were used to assess the psychological authorization, turnover intention and job burnout of couriers. Results: The score of psychological authorization, job burnout, turnover intention for couriers were 4.02±0.85, 2.04±1.15, 15.27±3.99, respectively. The psychological authorization was negatively associated with turnover intention(r=-0.44, P<0.001), job burnout(r=-0.39, P<0.001). Work meaning and self-efficacy in psychological authorization, length of daily work, frequency of working in bad weather, frequency of customer violence were the main factors affecting the turnover intention for couriers. Conclusion: The overall level of psychological authorization and the turnover intention for couriers are relatively high, and their job burnout is at a moderate level.
