无锡市高职学生手机成瘾状况与羞怯感、孤独感的关系研究

Study on the Relationship between Mobile Phone Addiction, Shyness and Loneliness of Vocational College Students in Wuxi

目的:分析高职学校学生手机成瘾状况与羞怯感、孤独感的关系。方法:采用方便抽样法,选取无锡3所高职院校的848名大学生,采用手机成瘾量表、大学生羞怯量表、UCLA孤独感量表对其进行问卷调查。采用AMOS软件建立结构方程模型,同时使用Bootstrap方法检验中介效应。结果:无锡市高职学生手机成瘾检出率是25.8%;手机成瘾与羞怯以及羞怯各因子、孤独感均呈正相关(r=0.57、0.44、0.50、0.56、0.52、0.39,P均<0.01);AMOS结构方程模型显示高职学生羞怯感可正向预测手机成瘾(β=0.70,P<0.001);Bootstrap方法分析显示孤独感在高职学生手机成瘾与羞怯之间的中介效应大小为0.13,中介效应的95%可信区间为(0.08,0.17),中介效应量是0.15。结论:无锡市高职学生存在较为严重的手机成瘾现象,高职学生手机成瘾与羞怯感、孤独感之间关系密切,孤独感在手机成瘾与羞怯关系中起部分中介作用。

Objective: To explore the relationship between mobile phone addiction, shyness and loneliness of students in vocational college. Methods: 848 students were selected from three vocational colleges in Wuxi by convenience sampling. The Mobile Phone Addiction Index(MPAI), Shyness Scale(SS) and UCLA loneliness Scale(UCLA-LS) were used to conduct the questionnaire survey. Structural equation model was established by using the AMOS software and the Bootstrap method was used to estimate the mediating effect. Results: The detection rate of mobile phone addiction among vocational students was 25.8%, there was a positive correlation among mobile phone addiction, shyness, the factors of shyness and loneliness in vocational students(r=0.57, 0.44, 0.50, 0.56, 0.52, 0.39, P<0.01), AMOS structural equation model showed that college students’ shyness could positively predict mobile phone addiction(β=0.70, P<0.001), Bootstrap method analysis revealed loneliness significantly mediated the effect of shyness scale on mobile phone addiction, with a mediating effect of 0.13, a bias-corrected 95% confidence interval of(0.08,0.17),and an effect size of 0.15. Conclusion: There is a serious phenomenon of mobile phone addiction in vocational colleges in Wuxi, and there is a close correlation between mobile phone addiction, shyness and loneliness. Loneliness plays a part role in mediating the relationship between mobile phone addictionand shyness.
