摘要
目的综合分析多模式神经电生理监测在脊柱手术的应用。方法回顾性分析107例脊柱手术病例资料,病人在脊柱手术过程中,均接受多模式(肌电图、体感诱发电位、运动诱发电位)神经电生理监测。结果在107例脊柱手术病人中,监测结果异常率为30.84%(33/107),监测结果正常74例(69.16%,74/107)。手术前后视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脊柱手术中,应用多模式神经电生理监测,能够降低病人脊髓损伤的风险,可使病人获得较好预后。
Objective To analyze the application of multi-mode neurophysiological monitoring in spinal surgery.Methods Clinical data of 107 patients with spinal surgery were analyzed retrospectively.All spinal surgery patients received multi-mode neuro-electrophysiological monitoring,including electromyography,somatosensory evoked potential,motor evoked potential.Results The abnormal incidence of monitoring was 30.84%(33/107),and the monitoring results was normal in 74(69.16%,74/107).The difference in visual analogue scale(VAS)before and after surgery was statistically significant(P<0.05)in these patients.Conclusions In spinal surgery,multi-mode neuro-electrophysiological monitoring can reduce the risk of spinal cord injury in patients and obtain a better prognosis.
