鼠神经生长因子联合银杏内酯注射液治疗老年前部缺血性视神经病变的疗效

Effect of ginkgolide injection combined with rat nerve growth factor in the treatment of elderly patients with anterior ischemic optic neuropathy

目的探究鼠神经生长因子联合银杏内酯注射液治疗老年前部缺血性视神经病变的临床疗效。方法选取老年前部缺血性视神经病变患者76例(112只眼)为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为观察组(38例)和对照组(38例),对照组(56只眼)采用鼠神经生长因子治疗,观察组(56只眼)采用鼠神经生长因子联合银杏内酯注射液治疗,对比观察组与对照组治疗总有效率、视力变化、视野变化、不良反应发生率为等指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率为98.21%,显著高于对照组(73.21%,P<0.05);视野改善显著好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的视力提高显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率与对照组相当均较低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论鼠神经生长因子联合银杏内酯注射液治疗老年前部视神经病变可显著提高临床治疗效果,扩大视野范围、提升视力,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of rat nerve growth factor combined with ginkgolide injection in the treatment of anterior ischemic optic neuropathy in the elderly.Methods 76 cases of elderly patients with anterior ischemic optic neuropathy(112 eyes) were chosen as the research objects and divided into observation group(38 cases) and control group(38 cases) with random number table method. Patients(56 eyes) in control group were treated with mouse nerve growth factor treatment and patients(56 eyes) in observation group(56 eyes) were treated with mouse nerve growth factor combined with ginkgolide injection. Total effective rate treatment, eyesight, vision changes, incidence of adverse reactions such as indexes were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was 98.21%, which was significantly higher than that of control group(73.21%,P<0.05). Visual field improvement was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05). The visual acuity of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was the same as that of control group, both were lower, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusions Rat nerve growth factor combined with ginkgolide injection in the treatment of senile anterior optic neuropathy could significantly improve the clinical treatment effect, expand the field of vision, improve vision, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
