摘要
以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、全氟聚醚醇(Fluorolink E10H)、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)以及聚乙二醇(PEG)、聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG)、聚碳酸酯二醇(PCDL)为原料合成3种含氟聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(FUA),并作为低聚物添加到UV固化涂料体系中。分别对UV固化涂层的接触角、吸水率、耐摩擦性、形貌及表面组成等性能进行了研究。结果表明:以PCDL为原料、低聚物用量为2. 4%时具有良好的表面性能,水和正十六烷的接触角分别达到114. 7°和69. 7°,负载为500 g、以无纺布为摩擦媒介摩擦1 000次后水接触角为107. 8°,涂层具有良好的耐摩擦性能。
Three fluorinated polyurethane acrylates(FUA) were synthesized from isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),Fluorolink E10 H(Perfluoropolyether alcohol),hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA),polyethylene glycol(PEG),polytetrahydrofuran glycol(PTMG)and polycarbonate diol(PCDL),which was added as oligomers into the UV curable coatings. The properties of contact angle,water absorption,abrasion resistance,morphology and surface composition of the UV cured film were investigated. The results showed that when PCDL was used and the content of oligomer was 2. 4%,the surface indicated a good performance. The contact angle of water and n-hexadecane were 114. 7° and 69. 7° respectively,and when a non-woven fabric was used as the friction medium with a load of 500 g,after 1 000 rubs,the water contact angle was107. 8°,and the coatings provided good friction resistance.
