摘要
为解决YB47型包装机商标纸第二传送辊拆卸安装困难等问题,研制了一种商标纸第二传送辊拆卸工装,通过工装推车、固定架组套、转动架、螺杆组套等固定第二传送辊,使其能够平稳地从设备上平移拆下,并旋转90°后放置地面上,同时利用SolidWorks机械设计软件进行仿真测试。以YB47型包装机为对象,采用人工和工装两种方式对商标纸第二传送辊进行拆卸测试,结果表明:采用工装拆卸第二传送辊比人工拆卸减少时间9 min,工作效率提高40%,降低了维修保养劳动强度,避免对零部件和人身造成损伤。该技术可为提高包装设备工作效率提供支持。
In order to remove the second label transfer drum from YB47 packer conveniently,a special fixture was developed.By means of a fixture cart,a bracket set,a rotating frame and a screw set,the drum could be fixed and removed smoothly from the packer,rotated by 90 degrees and placed on the ground.A simulation test was conducted with SolidWorks mechanical design software.The results of a parallel test showed that to remove the drum from a YB47 packer with the aid of the fixture took nine minutes less than with manual operation in the ordinary way,increased efficiency by 40%,reduced the labor intensity of maintenance,and the machine part damage and operator injuries became avoidable.This technology provides a support for promoting the efficiency of packaging equipment.
