摘要
我国是世界上地震活动最为频繁,地震灾害最为严重的国家之一,重大地震灾害影响面积广、破坏性强且灾情复杂,单一的地面调查在短时间内无法获取全面的灾情信息。因此,利用敏捷卫星姿态机动灵活性,可对地震覆盖区域中的人口密集区域、受灾严重区域等重点目标区域进行灵活观测,从而支持相关机构进行灾情快速评估。由于卫星在轨观测能力有限,因此需要根据重点目标的优先级对其进行成像规划。本文基于目标优先级,采用正弦机动方法对敏捷卫星在轨成像全过程进行规划。成像规划结果表明:采用基于目标优先级和正弦机动方法的敏捷卫星成像过程规划方法,能够在较短时间内对地震覆盖区域中的重点目标进行可行有效的成像过程规划,为地震灾后快速响应评估提供参考。
China is one of the countries with the most frequent earthquake activities and the most serious earthquake disaster in the word. The earthquake disasters usually have a large affected area, serious destructive effect and complex situation. It,s hard to acquire a thorough information of the disaster area by single ground survey in a shorttime. Thus , the agile satellite with more flexibility are used for flexible observation of the important areas such aspopulation-intensive areas and disaster-stricken areas. These offer accurate image data for relevant institutions tocarry out rapid disaster assessment. Due to the limited on-orbit observation ability of the satellite , the image process should be planned according the priority of the important target. A priority based agile satellite on-orbit imageprocess planning using sinusoidal maneuver method is addressed in this paper. The result shows : the image processplanning of the agile satellite based on priority and sinusoidal maneuver method can cover more important target and provide a feasible and effective image process planning result.The result canalso provide a reference for fastresponse estimation.
