考虑油膜影响的曲柄连杆滑块机构动力学分析

摘要 曲柄连杆滑块机构广泛应用于各行业,鉴于高转速、重负载等的工作要求,润滑油膜的影响在动力学分析中已经不可忽视。本文选择内燃机上的曲轴连杆活塞结构并简化实体模型,建立相应的运动微分方程组。运用VisualBasic6.0编制RungeKutta计算程序,求解各动力学参数,并结合机械设计理论求出润滑油膜作用下轴心的运动规律。本文提出的方法简化了计算,能够快速获得机构的运动规律。求解结果表明轴心的运动轨迹为一条闭合的曲线,曲轴的转动在波动中不断增大最后达到稳定,与实际相符合,为今后的研究提供了有效的思路。 Crank-connecting rod-slider mechanism is widely used in various industries. In view of the high speed,heavy load and other work requirements, the influence of lubricating oil film in the dynamic analysis can not be ig­nored .This paper chooses an internal combustion engine crankshaft connecting rod piston structure,simplifies itssolid model, and establishes differential equations of motion. Building the Runge-Kutta calculation program to solve dynamic parameters by Visual Basic 6.0, thromugh combining the mechanical design theory,solving the movement law of the axis affected by oil film lubrication. The method proposed in this paper simplifies the calculation, able to quickly get the motion law of the mechanism. The results show that the axis trajectory is a closed curve,and the ro­tation of the crankshaft increases in the fluctuation and finally becomes stable.
