摘要 本文通过有限元方法计算空气弹簧在不同温度条件下的静刚度,对比各参数变化对空气弹簧静刚度的影响,概括总结了静刚度随温度改变的变化规律。随着温度下降,空气弹簧垂向及横向静刚度均会增加。对于不同参数:只有帘线材料参数改变时,垂向静刚度和横向静刚度随温度降低而增加;只有橡胶材料参数改变时,垂向静刚度先降低后增加,横向静刚度随温度降低而增加;附加空气室容积增大会降低垂向静刚度对温度变化的敏感度;帘线角度为16°时横向静刚度最大,在64°时最小,这种趋势不受温度影响。 In this paper, the static stiffness of air spring under different temperature conditions is calculated by fi­nite element method. Comparing the influence of various parameters on the static stiffness of air spring, the chan­ging rule of static stiffness with temperature is summarized. With the decrease of temperature, the vertical and lat­eral static stiffness of air spring will increase. For different parameters : Only when the cord material parameterschange, the vertical static stiffness and the lateral static stiffness increase with the decrease of temperature;onlywhen the rubber material parameters change , the vertical static stiffness first decreases and then increases , while the lateral static stiffness increases with the decrease of temperature;the increase of the additional air chamber vol­ume will reduce the sensitivity of the vertical static stiffness to the change of temperature;When the cord angle is 16°, the lateral static stiffness is the largest and the minimum is 64°, and this trend is not affected by temperature.
