好奇心、创造力与“卡脑子”问题:来自科教融合视角的思考 被引量:5

摘要 如何确保本国在当前全球性经济社会变革中的科技竞争力已成为当前世界各国的战略重点,以单一经济增长为主导性目标的传统科技创新政策在21世纪面临着一系列转型挑战,"卡脑子"问题则是这一变革过程的重要体现。本文从好奇心与创造力视角出发,构建了识别解决"卡脑子"问题中主要挑战的概念框架,并在理论分析的基础上提出科教融合是当前解决"卡脑子"问题的关键所在。通过对我国科教融合的现状进行梳理,本文从三个角度分析了当前我国科教融合工作在面对"卡脑子"问题所带来的挑战时仍旧存在的问题,并以此为落脚点提出了相应的政策建议。 How to ensure the competitive ability in science and technology in the current global economic and social transformation has become the current strategic focus around the world,with the sole goal of economic growth,the traditional science,technology and innovation policy facing a series of transformative challenges in the 21st century,and the rise of"Ka Nao Zi"Problems is very important in this process.From the perspective of science-education integration,this paper constructs a conceptual framework to identify the main challenges brought by"Ka Nao Zi"Problems,and puts forward that the science-education integration is the key to solve the"Ka Nao Zi"Problems.By sorting out the current situation of science-education integration in China,this paper analyzes the problems still existing in the current situation from three aspects and further brings up corresponding policy suggestions.
