摘要
结构胶与其他连接工艺组合,能够发挥各自的优势。为研究结构胶与热融自攻丝工艺组合对其影响,文章以1.8mmDC56D+Z软钢和2mm6082-T6铝合金为研究对象,研究了结构胶对热融自攻丝工艺连接过程、接头几何特征量以及准静态力学性能的影响规律。研究表明,连接过程中的下压力、扭矩由于结构胶的加入有小幅降低,接头板件间隙有所增加。结构胶与热融自攻丝组成复合连接既能有效发挥结构胶抗剪性强的优点,又能发挥热融自攻丝吸能高的优点,混合接头剪切力为无胶接头的1.62倍。
Inserting structural adhesive to other joining processes, which is called hybrid joining, can take advantage of their respective benefits. In this paper, in order to study the influence of the combination of structural adhesive and FDS process, 1.8 mm mild steel DC56 D+Z and 2 mm aluminum alloy 6082-T6 were taken as research objects to study the influence of structural adhesive on the connection process, joint geometric characteristics and quasi-static mechanical properties of FDS process. Results show that downforce and torque in hybrid connection process are reduced slightly, and plate gap has increased due to the structural adhesive. Compared with traditional FDS joints, the hybrid joints have strong shear resistance and high energy absorption, the shear strength of hybrid joints was increased about 62%.
