组织严密是中国共产党的重要政治优势,中国共产党自成立以来就非常重视组织制度的建设。新中国成立以来,随着党执政地位的确立,组织类党内法规进一步发展完善,形成了有特色的制度体系,成为党内法规体系的重要组成部分。组织类党内法规适应中国共产党的两大转变,适应国家的法治化要求,日益严密、细致和规范化,在保证党的先进性、巩固党的执政和领导地位上发挥着基础性作用。

Strict organization is an important political advantage of the Communist Party of China.Since its establishment,the Communist Party of China has attached great importance to the construction of an organizational system.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,with the establishment of the Party's ruling status,the organizational law and regulations within the Party have been further developed and improved,forming a distinctiveinstitutional system,and becoming an important part of the Party's regulation system.The organizational Party regulationsare adaptedto the two major changes of the Communist Party of China and the state requirement of rule of law,and getting increasingly strict,meticulous and normalized,which play a fundamental role in ensuring the party's progressiveness and consolidating the party's ruling and leadership status.
