There are ten former Soviet saratov machine tool factory 5c270n semi-automatic gear cutting machines in the author’s factory,all of which are facing upgrading,this paper introduces the transformation of the transmission mechanism of the mechanical part,restore the technical requirements of the machine tool,resolves the problem of the replacement of the spare parts of the foreign machine tool by localization,and conforms to the idea of green remanufacturing of the machine tool.
