摘要
新能源汽车变速器高速试验台是检测高速变速器性能重要设备,试验台性能的好坏直接影响着变速器质量。针对试验台在高速作业时,试验台可能存在振动强烈、无故障工作时间短及性能不稳定等问题,通过SolidWorks设计并建立新能源汽车变速器试验台三维模型,并利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对试验台结构进行模态分析,分别求解得到了试验台整体前6阶模态振型及其固有频率,并通过试验台实物搭建获得试验台振动试验数据,通过仿真试验与实际试验结果综合比较,验证试验台的整体设计满足使用需求。
New energy vehicle reducer high-speed test bench is an important device for detecting high-speed reducer performance.The performance of the test bench directly affects the quality of the reducer.For the test bench at high speed,Test bench cutting may have strong vibration,trouble-free working time and unstable performance.Design and build a three-dimensional model of the new energy vehicle reducer test bench through SolidWorks,Modal analysis of the experimental bench structure using ANSYS finite element analysis software.The first 6-order mode shapes of the test rig and their natural frequencies are obtained separately.The experimental data of the test bench vibration is obtained through the physical construction of the test bench.Through the comprehensive comparison between the simulation experiment and the actual experimental results,it is verified that the overall design of the test bench meets the use requirements.
