摘要 为实现机械产品概念设计中一般解到特定解的迁移,分析了基于自适应设计理论的创新设计机理,根据系统化设计方法SAPB定义建立了多维设计知识体系及其应用案例库,提出一种概念设计求解模型及与之对应的创意产生网络图,为设计者提供设计问题创新解决的步骤与方法。通过问题表征、语义本体推理等支持其从不同维度分析和解决问题。最后结合智能助餐仪的概念设计示例说明其应用。 In order to realize the transformation of general solutions to specific solutions in the conceptual design of mechanical products,the connotation of the innovation is analyzed based on adaptive design theory.Established a multi-dimensional design knowledge system and its application library based on Systematic Approach of Pahl and Beitz.A conceptual design model and creative generation network diagram is put forward,it provide steps and methods for designers to innovative solutions.Through problem representation,semantic ontology reasoning,etc.to analyze and solve problems from different dimensions.Finally,the application of the conceptual design example of the intelligent food aid instrument illustrates its application.
