摘要
通过对镁合金压铸模具浇注作业现状分析及超声波清洗技术优势分析,从超声波喷涂清洗装置集成设计方案、超声波喷涂清洗装置集成结构设计及应用实践等两方面进行了阐述,解决了镁合金压铸模具浇注作业过程中喷涂装置的粘模、缩孔、表面尺寸不良等缺陷技术问题,超声波喷涂清洗集成装置结构简单实用、设计合理、使用方便,已成功实践应用,清洗效果显著提高,关键的是提高了镁合金压铸工艺工作效率,为企业带来了丰厚的经济效益和社会效益。
Through analysis about the present situation of magnesium alloy die-casting mould casting operation and analysis of ultrasonic cleaning technology advantage,from ultrasonic spray cleaning device integration design scheme,structure design and application of ultrasonic spray cleaning device integration two aspects are expounded,such as solving the spraying device in the process of magnesium alloy die-casting mould casting job sticky mold,technical problems,defects such as shrinkage cavity,surface size bad ultrasonic spray cleaning integrated device has the advantages of simple and practical structure,reasonable design,easy to use,has been successful practical application,the cleaning effect is significantly improved,the key is to increase work efficiency of the magnesium alloy die casting technology,has brought the rich economic benefit and the social benefit for the enterprise.
