成型砂轮磨削齿轮的运动学模型构建与齿轮精度分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了探究安装角度误差、中心距误差、砂轮廓形误差等因素对齿轮精度的影响规律,构建了成型砂轮磨削齿轮系统的运动学模型。研究表明,齿向偏差、齿廓偏差、单个齿距偏差主要由工装安装角度误差与砂轮廓形切向误差的影响较大,中心距误差与砂轮廓形径向误差的影响微弱。工装误差与砂轮廓形误差越大,导致齿轮精度越差。此外,通过调节安装角度误差能较好实现齿廓修形与齿向螺旋角修形。 To study the influence of the factors such as install angle error,center distance error and grinding wheel profile error on gear precision index,the kinematics model of gear grinding system with forming wheel is constructed.It shows that tooth orientation deviation,tooth profile deviation and single tooth pitch deviation are mainly influenced by angle error of installation and tangential error of grinding wheel profile.And The effect of center moment error and radial error of grinding wheel profile on gear precision error is weak.The greater the error of tooling error and grinding wheel profile,the lower the gear precision.In addition,tooth profile modification and tooth spiral angle modification can be realized by adjusting the install angle error.
