摘要
阀体是自锁阀中最重要的工件,由7段工件6条缝焊接而成,焊接过程中造成较大的焊接变形,给后续精加带来困难。通过焊接参数、焊接胎具、焊接顺序与起弧位置等方面改进,显著减小了焊接变形,提高了焊后工件的同轴度。因采用一次装卡焊接多条焊缝成形,显著提高了生产效率。
The valve is the most important part of the latching valve.It consists of six welding seams and seven sections,which causes large welding deformation during welding and brings some difficulties to subsequent finish turning.In this paper,by improving welding parameters,welding fixture,welding sequence and starting position,and so on,the welding deformation was significantly reduced and the coaxiality of the welded parts was improved.Due to the use of multiple welding seams forming at a time,it significantly improved the efficiency of the production.
